Nebraska Pregnancy Help Act

Due to conflicting information regarding the implementation of the Nebraska Pregnancy Help Act, we previously shared that a new round of tax credits would become available beginning July 1, 2026. We have since confirmed that this information was incorrect.

The Nebraska Department of Revenue has advised that requests for Nebraska Pregnancy Help Act tax credits applicable to the 2027–2028 fiscal year will instead open in January 2027. To qualify for the 2027 tax year credit, contributions must be made on or after January 1, 2027.
