Clothing & Household Items
If you have clothing or household items to donate, please bring them to St. Louise Gift & Thrift.
Furniture & Large Appliances
We gladly accept the following gently used furniture and appliances:
Bookcases (wooden)
Box springs
Chest of drawers
Coffee tables
Couches (no sofa beds, hide-a-beds, reclining sofas, or sectionals)
Countertop microwaves
Electric dryers
Electric stoves
End tables
Gliders
Kitchen chairs
Kitchen table and chairs
Lamps
Loveseats
Mattresses (Twin, Full, Queen, no King or bunk beds)
Refrigerators
Rocking chairs
Rugs
TV stands (no entertainment centers)
Upholstered chairs
Washing machines
Common items we cannot accept: Gas appliances, dishwashers, desks, entertainment centers, large dressers with mirrors attached, hutches, or pianos.
Furniture must be clean and in good condition, free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or excessive wear.

Pickup Guidelines:
Free within Lincoln city limits.
$2 per mile charge for pickups outside Lincoln (up to 75 miles). Payment is required at pickup (check only, made out to Catholic Social Services).
Mileage is calculated as a round trip from our Lincoln warehouse (1300 N 14th St, Lincoln NE 68508) to your location. We will confirm the amount when scheduling.

All CSS offices and thrift stores will be closed on Friday, July 4th (Independence Day). In addition, St. Louise Gift & Thrift (Lincoln) is closed to shopping/donation dropoff July 1-5. St. Francis Gift & Thrift (Auburn) will be closed Saturday, July 5th.
