Thank you for your generosity! Your donations help us serve those in need across Lincoln.

Clothing & Household Items

If you have clothing or household items to donate, please bring them to St. Louise Gift & Thrift.

 

Donate your ripped, torn, or stained clothing! Through our sustainability initiative, if we cannot regift or resell your clothing, we will recycle it to help keep waste out of landfills.

Furniture & Large Appliances

We gladly accept the following gently used furniture and appliances: 

  • Bookcases (wooden)
  • Box springs
  • Chest of drawers
  • Coffee tables
  • Couches (no sofa beds, hide-a-beds, reclining sofas, or sectionals)
  • Countertop microwaves
  • Electric dryers
  • Electric stoves
  • End tables
  • Gliders
  • Kitchen chairs
  • Kitchen table and chairs
  • Lamps
  • Loveseats
  • Mattresses (Twin, Full, Queen, no King or bunk beds)
  • Refrigerators
  • Rocking chairs
  • Rugs
  • TV stands (no entertainment centers)
  • Upholstered chairs
  • Washing machines

Common items we cannot accept: Gas appliances, dishwashers, desks, entertainment centers, large dressers with mirrors attached, hutches, or pianos.

Furniture must be clean and in good condition, free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or excessive wear.

Pickup Guidelines:

  • Free within Lincoln city limits.
  • $2 per mile charge for pickups outside Lincoln (up to 75 miles). Payment is required at pickup (cash, check, or card).
  • Mileage is calculated from our Lincoln office (2241 O St., Lincoln, NE 68510). We will confirm the amount when scheduling.
